Amazing views of the ocean and city, full amenities, valet parking, remodeled lobby, resort style pool, 2 tennis courts, fully equipped gym, convenience store and much more. The location of the building is within walking distance of Aventura Mall, bars, restaurants and very close to all of Miami's attractions.
IMPORTANT: Please note that beginning of 2024-2025 our building will begin a restoration project. The work should not affect your use and enjoyment of our unit, but you will see construction equipment on-site, and you may hear construction noise during daytime weekday hours. STR-01857
